One of my struggles has been in just having normal conversation with people, as the challenges with my kids and with my parents make the question "How are you?" feel threatening because I don't know how to answer. In fact, the other day I ran into someone I hadn't seen in years, and answered the "how are you?" honestly -- too honestly. I'm going to try "I'm great!". Thanks Eileen for some great information!
